What can I expect during an executive coaching session?
During your 50 minute video session you will experience a powerful listening partnership with your coach and candid, direct feedback framed in terms of your personal goal set and blindspots.

Is your coaching online?
Yes, Close Cohen is an online coaching firm – we partner with clients across the globe. While we were founded in the Pacific Northwest, we work with clients across the Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond metro area, we also support clients internationally.
Our clients come to us from Austin, Dallas/Fort-Worth, San Francisco Bay area, DC, New York, Charlotte, and Paris many other international cities.
What if I need a combination of your services?
Many clients feel that they may need a combination of our services. Simply fill out the contact form and describe your needs as best you can and we’ll architect a solution for you after your intake call.
Do you work with business partners and teams?
Yes, business partners and teams experience increased efficiency, better boundaries, and improved communication. Our goal is to move you into top performance.
Can my company pay for executive and career coaching?
Many organizations recognize the value and ROI that external coaches bring to their key and emerging leaders. As a result, organizations will often provide professional development funds to partially or fully sponsor executive coaching as a benefit and investment in their talent.
We also work with many clients who choose to invest in themselves, hiring us directly rather than contracting through their organization.
We currently accept payment through credit card, debit card and ACH transfer.
