Daria Lojko is an HR leader with over 15 years of experience identifying, hiring, and developing top talent within matrixed, corporate environments. At Expedia ($12M+), Boeing ($77B+), and Accenture ($64B+), Daria has partnered with senior executives to drive people strategies, organizational effectiveness, and leadership performance.

Her career focus includes employee development, talent acquisition, global workforce planning, and leadership performance, giving her a unique insider perspective on the needs of organizations which she shares with our clients.

As an HR director at Expedia, Daria currently partners with senior leaders to drive talent management. Previously, she rose through the leadership ranks at Boeing, where she managed HR teams to develop leaders across multiple technical and business disciplines. Daria launched her high-impact career with Accenture, specializing in Talent & Organizational Performance, where she helped leaders drive large-scale change for Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft and Freeport-McMoRan.

Daria holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is known for guiding clients in finding the intersection between their talents, goals, and the needs of organizations. She describes her approach:
