Ethan Stiles is a growth executive and servant leader with deep experience scaling consumer brands and driving profitable growth. At GT’s Living Foods ($400M+), Starbucks ($85B+), Samsung, and McKinsey, Ethan has led high-performing teams to transform businesses and accelerate innovation.

His leadership experience spans senior commercial and product roles across market-leading organizations. As Chief Commercial Officer at GT’s Living Foods, Ethan led sales and marketing for a portfolio of brands. Previously, as General Manager at Evolution Fresh, he doubled revenue to over $100M and guided the brand’s strategic expansion.

At Starbucks, Ethan served as VP of Product, where he spearheaded the $3B+ Food and Lobby business, delivering double-digit growth and launching sustainable, plant-based innovations. Earlier in his career, he built his strategic foundation as a Global Strategist at Samsung and Analyst at McKinsey.

Ethan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Harvard University. His career spans Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, and Global Strategy, with expertise in P&L management, product innovation, brand strategy, and operational excellence.
